Your CV stays on your computer

The PDF is read in your browser. Your profile, personal details and tracker are stored in Chrome on this computer. The AI only gets what a button needs, and our server keeps none of it.

Form filling that never submits

Press Fill this form on an application page. ApplyKeep fills what it is sure of from your details, asks before replacing anything you typed and lists what’s left for you. It never clicks Submit or Next, and Undo puts every field back.

It won’t promise you a job. It helps you send an application that is true and fits.

  • The AI works only with what is in your profile. It rephrases; it doesn’t invent.
  • Every AI text is labelled, editable and yours to check before you send it.
  • Your fit is shown as strong, medium or weak, never as a made-up percentage.

How it works

  1. Add your CV

    Upload the PDF or paste the text, then check the profile it fills in. A short Get started list shows the next step.

  2. Open a job ad

    On LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor or a company’s careers page, press Read this job page. Or select the text, or paste it.

  3. Analyze, write, fill, track

    See the fit, write the letter, fill in the form, and keep the job in your tracker with a date to follow up.

Your data

What leaves your computer, and when.

Pages are read only when you press a button. Nothing is sent in the background.

Stays on your computer

  • Your CV, as a PDF and as text
  • Your profile and personal details: name, address, phone, links
  • Your applications, notes and follow-up dates
  • Your CV photo and the CVs you print
  • The form filling: it runs in the page, without AI

Sent only when you press an AI button

  • Analyze fit, Write cover letter, Improve my CV: your profile without the CV text, and the posting without its address
  • Fill in the details from my CV: the CV text, with email addresses and phone numbers removed first
  • It goes to our server in the EU (Frankfurt), which passes it to Claude by Anthropic and stores none of it

Our database holds only your account’s email address, plan and monthly usage counts, and for Pro the purchase records Stripe sends us (never card details). “Delete all my data” in Settings removes your account and everything on your computer. The details are in the privacy policy.

Good to know.

Does it apply for me?

No. It never submits a form, never clicks Apply, Submit or Next, and never sends anything to an employer. You decide what to send.

Which job sites does it work on?

It has readers for LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor, and reads most careers pages and postings embedded from applicant tracking systems. Where it can’t, select the text or paste it.

Which AI writes the letters?

Claude, by Anthropic, through our server in the EU. It is told to use only facts from your profile and the posting. Check every sentence before you send it.

Do I need an account?

Only for the AI features: the fit analysis, cover letters, CV improvements and the CV import. Everything else works without one.

Which browsers does it run in?

Google Chrome on a computer. ApplyKeep lives in Chrome’s side panel.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Delete all my data removes your account on our server and everything stored on your computer, and cancels a running Pro subscription. Removing the extension clears what is on your computer too.
